They are seeking an entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business and manage the full sales cycle in the Enterprise market.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute a territory plan focused on Enterprise logos in Thought Industries’ Ideal Client Profile (ICP)Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and targeted campaignsLead value-based discovery and articulate business outcomes aligned to C-level prioritiesNavigate complex buying groups and build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholdersCollaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and identify whitespaceForecast with precision and operate with accountability to monthly and quarterly targetsServe as the face of our brand to some of the world’s most recognizable companiesSkillsFive to eight years of successful SaaS sales experience, prior experience in the LMS or Customer Learning space is a plusFamiliarity with a modern Go-to-Market sales technology stack including Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and GongDemonstrated ability to close complex new business deal with multiple stakeholdersStrong and repeatable sales process, prior experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly collaborative and able to partner effectively with the internal ecosystem across marketing, product, finance, legal, account management and delivery teamStrong G-suite skillsComfortable in a startup environment: we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environmentWillingness to travel as needed (estimated 10%)BenefitsCommission earnings up to $150,000High-growth, fast-paced environment with room for ownership and impactDirect exposure to executive leadership, including the CROOpportunity to shape GTM strategy and influence company trajectoryCompetitive compensation and commission structureCulture that values grit, accountability, and celebrating successCompany OverviewThought Industries' cloud-based Online Learning Platform helps deliver education, training and information for B2B and B2C organizations.
