[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Account Executive to join their sales team, responsible for managing the sales process, responding to leads, delivering presentations, and maximizing deal value.ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound leads in a timely & disciplined mannerConduct qualification calls to identify pipeline-worthy opportunitiesDeliver sales presentations, along with identifying economic buyers early in the sales cycle. Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests, and explain our value propositionConsistently hit weekly and monthly qualification calls, demos, and pipeline development targetsMap out account hierarchies and multi-thread into target accountsUtilize various sales tools, social selling etc. to help with insightful prospecting & follow-upAttend weekly pipeline and deal progression meetingsWork with the sales, support & management team to strategize on deal activitiesMaximize deal value and bring them to closureHigh level of drive and take ownership of sales opportunities and resultsSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent educationPrevious 4+ years' experience of B2B sales experience in a SaaS organizationPrior software sales experience involving complex sales processes or productsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrior experience selling into the enterprise and mid-marketExperience in navigating the organizational hierarchy and identifying & getting to the economic buyerExperience and confidence in presenting to influencers & decision-makers in a mid to long sales cycleExecuting mutual close plans with champions, and having that βtoughβ conversation when necessaryStrategic thinker with strong business acumenStrong work ethic and time management skillsExperience in selling Health Care solutionsCompany OverviewAgile and Elastic Teams On-demand It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Pittsford, New York, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
