They are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and manage the full sales cycle, focusing on building relationships and closing enterprise deals in emerging sectors.ResponsibilitiesAggressively prospect and penetrate target enterprise accounts across new sectors, driving top-of-funnel activity through outbound outreach, networking, and industry eventsOwn and exceed a net-new revenue quota, closing high-value deals with fleet operators, lenders, rental companies, and other strategic customersDevelop tailored account strategies for each target — mapping stakeholders, uncovering business pain, and positioning Motorq as the must-have solutionRun the full enterprise sales cycle, from first contact and executive alignment to complex negotiation and contract executionPartner with Customer Success and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and set new customers up for lasting ROILeverage competitive intelligence and market insights to differentiate Motorq in highly competitive situationsMaintain a high-value pipeline with CRM discipline — forecasting accurately and following up relentlessly on open opportunitiesSkills5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas through net-new customer acquisitionSaaS sales expertise, ideally selling complex, high-value solutions to enterprise clientsStrong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholdersCRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent) and strong forecasting habitsWillingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and the SF Bay Area for quarterly team meetingsExperience in fleet management, mobility, automotive, logistics, or adjacent industries is a strong plusBenefitsEquity participation.Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave.Company OverviewMotorq is a connected-car data ecosystem that enables enterprise users to collaborate with OEMs and device makers.
