They are seeking an Account Director to manage key client relationships, lead integrated experiential programs, and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional results.ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts, owning communication, trust, and outcomes across planning and executionDevelop strategies for relationship-building, retention, and revenue growth across your assigned accountsLead pitch meetings, planning sessions, and strategic check-ins with client stakeholders - and command the room while doing itProvide leadership with regular, clear updates on account health, opportunities, and action plansBuild, manage, and mentor a team of client service managers; own performance reviews and staffing decisionsTake account briefing calls and RFPs, and translate client requests into clear, effective internal briefs for the teamCollaborate with strategy, creative, and production leads to develop thoughtful, on-brand proposals that reflect client goalsConvert client needs into scopes of work, and sound strategic direction aligned to long-term objectivesManage day-to-day execution across concurrent programs while keeping alignment with client expectationsOversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets; own client P&L, valuation, and ROI metrics for your accountsWork alongside Producers during execution, spot-checking deliverables and protecting the client’s interests and vision throughoutGo onsite during activations to manage the client relationship and represent TH on the groundLead internal and external check-ins and keep systems current and accurateProactively problem-solve and escalate with a recommendationFacilitate post-project debriefs and key-learnings sessions with clients and internal teamsGenerate post-project plans that deepen the relationship and surface new business and retainer opportunitiesPartner with marketing to reconnect and reinvigorate past client relationshipsShare learnings with leadership to continuously refine workflow, process, and the client experienceSkills6-10 years in account management or client services, including at least 4 years in experiential marketing or event productionAbility to lead major client programs from initial brief through final execution and wrapStrong written and verbal communication skills with clarity, confidence, and empathy across internal and external teamsSuper organized, proactive, and able to take initiative without being askedAbility to excel in high-paced environments with complex timelines and evolving deliverablesBalance strategic thinking with operational precision to keep everything moving forwardNatural problem solver who is comfortable taking ownership and command of a roomFluency in project management systems and CRMs (Slack, Asana, Podio, Google Workspace)Willingness to travel as needed and motivated by helping brands show up in impactful, inspiring waysBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Competitive salary plus commissionGenerous vacation policy and work-from-home flexibilityHealth and wellness benefitsCompany OverviewTH Experiential is a digital agency that delivers creative strategy, event production, UI, UX design, app and web development services.
