[Remote] Account Director

They are seeking an experienced Account Director to manage client relationships and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets.ResponsibilitiesLead Project Execution : Manage projects from planning through delivery, acting as the central liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity around deliverables, timelines, budgets, and strategic goalsSchedule & Risk Management : Communicate project schedules and updates to all stakeholders. Monitor progress to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactivelyProject Tools & Tracking : Utilize project management platforms to build and maintain timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlinesTeam Alignment : Facilitate project meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on methodology, goals, and progress trackingResource Allocation : Manage project resources within budget, flagging scope changes or out-of-scope requests to the Account Lead and clientDocumentation & Budgeting : Develop materials, statements of work (SOWs), program budgets, and reconciliations with precision and clarityTeam Development : Support onboarding and training of Managers and Coordinators.
