Responsibilities
ā¢ Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
ā¢ Learn about client priorities and provide clear information on available products
ā¢ Support clients through onboarding and account setup
ā¢ Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through follow-ups and check-ins
ā¢ Collect feedback and share insights to help improve services
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma required; college degree preferred
ā¢ Strong communication and people skills
ā¢ Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
ā¢ Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
