[Remote] Account Coordinator

The Finance team is seeking an Accounting Coordinator who will perform day-to-day ledger entries and help streamline processes as the accounting team grows.ResponsibilitiesPerform corporate month-end close activities including journal entry preparation and account reconciliationsPreparation of US and International intercompany journal entries, financial accruals, bank transactions and other journal entriesPreparation of financial statement account flux analysisProduce ad-hoc reports, analysis, and special projectsAssist with audit by providing supporting documents and answering procedural questions for auditorsSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)2-3 years of professional, relevant experienceExperience with ERP systems (mandatory)Intermediate Excel skills, (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controlsTeam oriented personalityStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention-to-detailAbility to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPositivity!
