Sapiens is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager for North America to lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives aimed at revenue growth. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking and execution, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other partners to drive measurable results.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the North America ABM strategy aligned to revenue and sales prioritiesDevelop and manage ABM motions across Tier 1 and Tier 2 accountsTranslate business objectives into clear, scalable ABM programsLead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across:+ Paid media+ SEO / AEO / GEO+ Email and marketing automation+ Content and digital channelsPartner with agencies and vendors while retaining accountability for performance, ROI, and outcomesEnsure campaigns are aligned with sales plays, account plans, and regional prioritiesPartner closely with Sales leadership, account teams, SDRs, and regional marketingAlign on target accounts, messaging, campaign timing, and follow-up strategiesAct as a strategic marketing partner focused on revenue impact, not just activityOwn performance reporting and insights across engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROIUse data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve efficiencyContinuously test, learn, and iterate to drive improved outcomesLeverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, messaging, and campaign effectivenessIdentify practical ways to incorporate AI into ABM execution and performance optimizationIncreased pipeline and revenue contribution from target accountsStrong engagement and conversion rates across ABM campaignsImproved campaign efficiency and return on investmentClear alignment and credibility with Sales and cross-functional stakeholdersData-driven reporting that demonstrates marketing’s impact on revenueSkills5–8+ years of experience in B2B ABM, demand generation, or growth marketingProven experience owning and leading ABM programs tied to revenue outcomesStrong understanding of: Paid media strategy, ABM frameworks and segmentation, Multi-channel demand generationExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platformStrong analytical and performance-optimization skillsComfortable operating in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environmentExperience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing effectivenessStrong communication skills and ability to partner with senior sales stakeholdersCompany OverviewSapiens provides software solutions for the insurance industry, specializing in digital transformation, core systems, and analytics.
