Key Responsibilities

ā¢ Work closely with internal teams to help resolve client requests efficiently
ā¢ Assist the account team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups
ā¢ Maintain accurate client account records within the CRM systems
ā¢ Track assigned tasks and ensure consistent communication with clients
Qualifications
ā¢ Experience in customer support, account management, or client assistance is a plus
ā¢ Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
