Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Postsecondary Education Teacher to develop course materials and conduct academic research. The role involves mentoring students and collaborating with AI teams to align educational content with training objectives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop structured course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and instructional handouts for AI training use cases
ā¢ Conduct academic research and integrate recent findings into educational datasets and AI model training content
ā¢ Create, administer, and evaluate assessments to ensure high-quality learning and training materials
ā¢ Review scholarly literature and stay current with advancements in education and academic practice
ā¢ Mentor and supervise students in research, internships, and fieldwork while translating insights into AI-ready outputs
ā¢ Communicate clearly through written and verbal formats to support accurate AI content development
ā¢ Collaborate with AI teams to align curriculum materials with training and evaluation objectives
Skills
ā¢ Master's degree or PhD in Education or a related academic field, or equivalent postsecondary teaching experience
ā¢ Strong experience in curriculum design, instructional delivery, and academic assessment practices
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
ā¢ Proven ability to conduct and apply research in educational settings
ā¢ Experience mentoring students in research, internships, or fieldwork environments
ā¢ Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote, asynchronous project work
ā¢ Proficiency with digital learning tools and remote collaboration platforms
