[Remote] ABM & Enterprise Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Founding ABM & Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through multi-channel, account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns targeting named enterprise accountsDesign and launch multi-channel activation plays across email, direct mail, events, and webinarsPartner closely with BDRs on account penetration strategies and follow-up workflowsWork with AEs to build account-specific marketing plans for strategic dealsBuild and maintain target account lists in partnership with Sales leadershipDevelop account intelligence using research, intent signals, and relationship mappingPlan and execute direct mail campaigns, including vendor management, creative, and fulfillmentCo-own event strategy and execution, including executive dinners, roundtables, and field eventsLead webinar programs end-to-end, from topic selection through pipeline conversionIterate rapidly by launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing continuouslySkills5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2–3 years focused on ABM or enterprise marketingHands-on experience across multiple channels including outbound email, direct mail, events, and webinarsProven track record of driving pipeline through account-based campaignsExperience managing vendors, budgets, logistics, and creative executionDeep experience partnering with BDRs and AEs in enterprise sales environmentsStrong understanding of long sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processesAbility to engage credibly with C-level and VP-level stakeholdersStrong bias toward action: launch, test, learn, and iterateComfortable running experiments across channels and scaling what worksData-driven but pragmatic in decision-makingAbility to build campaigns and targeting strategies without perfect dataExperience operating in early-stage or high-growth environmentsResourceful and self-directed, with strong ownership mentalityExperience marketing to financial institutions or regulated industriesFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Sendoso, or similarExperience running executive events, dinners, or high-touch field programsBackground in companies in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phaseBenefitsCompetitive salary and equity packages, including a 401k planRemote-first culture100% employer-covered comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (US)Unlimited PTO policyFamily-friendly environment with regular team events and offsitesStrong learning and professional development opportunitiesCompany OverviewThe smartest way to make risk decisions.
