[Remote] AAA Relationship Manager (Commercial Equipment Vehicle Finance)

The AAA Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with AAA Clubs, driving loan originations, and collaborating with Business Development Officers to support sales efforts and marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main relationship lead for all AAA Clubs, ensuring strong engagement and alignment with CEVF programsDrive AAA loan originations to achieve annual targetsDeliver a minimum of 10 program presentations annually to AAA club personnelEnsure AAA clubs have current and accurate marketing and collateral materialsDevelop and implement loan promotions in partnership with AAA clubs, where appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date AAA club contact databasesSupport lead generation efforts by identifying opportunities within AAA clubs and routing prospects to BDOsProvide reporting and insights on AAA portfolio performance to the Relationship Manager/Market Director and appropriate AAA personnelAssist in budget planning and performance tracking for AAA-related initiativesSupport administrative processes such as Withhold & Disburse program setupPartner with distributors to increase application submissions and overall productionCollaborate with BDOs to convert AAA-generated leads into funded dealsConduct in-market visits, ride-alongs, and attend trade shows and industry eventsPromote CEVF programs to prospective customers and partners to expand pipelineMaintain accurate distributor and partner contact informationGather and share industry intelligence (rates, trends, competitive insights) with internal stakeholdersAct as a brand ambassador for Santander/CEVF within the towing and AAA ecosystemSupport Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiativesEnsure compliance with all Santander policies, regulatory requirements and training (e.g., SanLearn, SENT)Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team cultureLeverage tools, data, and technology (including AI where applicable) to improve efficiency and outcomesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)3â7+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or financial servicesStrong presentation, communication, and influencing skillsProven ability to build and maintain external partnershipsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, dashboards)Proficiency in PowerPoint and CRM toolsComfortable leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance productivityAbility to travel for meetings, AAA club visits, and industry eventsExperience working with indirect channels, distributor networks, or AAA ecosystemEstablished work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or educationBenefitsWe value and respect differences in our workforce.You can expect a fair and competitive rewards package that reflects the impact you create and the value you deliver.Our benefits are designed to support you, your family and your well-being, now and into the future.Santander Benefits - 2026 Santander OnGoing/NH eGuide (foleon.com)Company OverviewSantanderâs purpose is to help people and businesses prosper.
