Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast response times and accuracy.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Calm Under Pressure: Ability to stay focused and composed in high-stress situations.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and handling multi-line phone systems.
Work Eligibility: Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work.
Previous experience in customer service, emergency services, or dispatching is a plus but not required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
