What You’ll Need to Succeed • Calm Under Pressure Ability to stay focused and composed in high-stress situations. • Strong Communication Skills Clear verbal and written communication. • Tech-Savvy Comfortable navigating computer systems and handling multi-line phone systems. • Work Eligibility Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work. • Previous experience in customer service, emergency services, or dispatching is a plus but not required. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Pass a background check and drug screening.
