[Remote] 401k & 403b Financial Education Coach - (Remote)

The Financial Education Coach will provide employee education for 401(k) and 403(b) corporate clients, conduct financial education meetings, and increase employee participation and deferrals.ResponsibilitiesConduct group and individual employee financial education meetings in English and Spanish, in-person and virtualServe as primary point of contact and lead financial education for plan participantsProvide prompt, courteous, and excellent service. Actively interact with clients and their employees to ensure we are delivering upon service expectationsCross-sell all lines of business and services available at WealthspirePrepare for meetings in advance and ensure follow up and execution of deliverables following the meetingsConsult with Wealthspire’s internal ERISA teams to ensure proper compliance regarding all client mattersRespond to employee or concerns. Ensure questions or issues are resolved in an accurate and timely mannerSkillsConduct group and individual employee financial education meetings in English and Spanish, in-person and virtualServe as primary point of contact and lead financial education for plan participantsProvide prompt, courteous, and excellent service.
