We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors, providing high-quality dispatch services to our clients. As a Night Dispatch team member, you will be responsible for tracking freight, handling inbound and outbound calls, and utilizing various software programs to ensure on-time delivery.
Job Overview
We have two available shifts for this remote position:
Monday through Thursday: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills
Utilize GPS, telephone, and software programs to track fuel drivers and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate effectively through written and verbal means
Perform data entry tasks using Excel and cloud-based software
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation industry or customer service
High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask with ease
Strong internet connection, computer, quiet workspace, and hotspot
