Create and renew records
Identify customer needs and explore available options
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
