[Remote] 3E Configuration Consultant

Morae is seeking an experienced 3E Configuration Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of the 3E Practice Management platform. The role involves configuring the system, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of 3E modules.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize 3E applications to meet business and operational requirementsGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersDesign and implement solutions across 3E modules including Finance, Billing, Matter Management, Time Entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General LedgerConfigure workflows, security roles, business rules, validation logic, and user interfacesSupport data migration, data validation, and system integration activitiesCollaborate with technical teams on custom development, interfaces, and reporting requirementsConduct system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) supportProvide configuration documentation, process documentation, and knowledge transfer to business usersSupport upgrades, patches, and platform enhancementsTroubleshoot configuration-related issues and recommend corrective actionsParticipate in project planning, estimation, and implementation activitiesProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendationsSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience working with the 3E Practice Management systemHands-on experience configuring and supporting 3E modulesStrong understanding of professional services or legal industry business processesExperience gathering and documenting business requirementsKnowledge of finance and billing processes within professional services organizationsExperience supporting software implementation or transformation projectsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsExperience with 3E Cloud implementationsKnowledge of SQL and database conceptsExperience with 3E APIs, integrations, and reporting toolsFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or WaterfallExperience working in law firms or professional services environmentsUnderstanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and revenue management processesCompany OverviewMorae Global Corporation ("Morae") is trusted around the world for the delivery of digital and business solutions for a constantly changing legal industry.
