[Remote] 3D Artist

As a 3D Artist, you will support the design and production of immersive Navy training solutions, collaborating with various team members to produce high-quality 3D assets for training applications.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for use in Navy training systems and simulationsProduce optimized, game-ready assets for Unity or similar real-time enginesDevelop animations such as mechanical movements, character actions, or object interactions that support instructional effectivenessCollaborate with ISDs to ensure 3D assets accurately represent technical systems, equipment, procedures, and Navy operational environmentsWork closely with Software Engineers to support smooth integration and ensure assets meet performance, scale, and quality requirementsParticipate in design reviews with the Creative Director and Creative Operations team to maintain cohesive visual style and product consistencyTroubleshoot issues related to rendering, asset performance, and real-time optimizationApply design thinking, problem-solving, and creative iteration to address ambiguous or evolving technical requirementsSupport testing, debugging, and refinement as 3D elements are implemented into training productsPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Game Art, 3D Animation, Digital Media, or related field.
