[Remote] 340B Technical Operations Analyst

This role is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the 340B platform, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and operational efficiency while collaborating with various teams to support operational needs.ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily system performance across 340B platforms and supporting applicationsIdentify, triage, and resolve system issues, outages, and performance degradationCoordinate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams for incident management and root cause analysisMaintain system health dashboards, alerts, and monitoring processesOversee inbound and outbound client and vendor partner data feeds including claims, eligibility, accumulations, and replenishment dataMonitor data pipelines to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timelinessInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, failures, and anomaliesPartner with internal and external stakeholders (TPAs, pharmacies, wholesalers, EMRs) to ensure successful data exchangeExecute and manage system configuration requests including data import and export requests; ad-hoc system configurations; report and data access managementMaintain and manage export configurationsValidate configuration changes through testing and ensure accurate deploymentMaintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and proceduresServe as the primary technical operations contact for the 340B Account Management teamIntake, prioritize, and fulfill ad-hoc operational requests (e.g., data pulls, issue investigations, program adjustments)Provide timely updates and clear communication on request status and resolutionIdentify opportunities to improve operational workflows, automation, and monitoring capabilitiesPartner with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to enhance system functionality and reduce manual effortDevelop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational playbooksGenerate operational reports and dashboards related to system performance, data quality, and program outcomesAnalyze trends such as qualification rates, data failures, and system usageProvide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program performanceSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, data operations, or a related field requiredExperience with data integrations, file processing (flat files, EDI), ETL/ELT processes, and data validation requiredIntermediate proficiency in SQL Server scripting, including querying, troubleshooting, and data validation requiredExperience with process automation utilizing Python, PowerShell, etc. and operational management tools like JAMS, GoAnywhere, etc. requiredExperience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes requiredExperience with ticketing systems such as Jira and HaloITSM requiredExperience working with 340B TPAs or healthcare SaaS platforms preferredStrong understanding of 340B program workflows, claims adjudication, and contract pharmacy models preferredKnowledge of regulatory requirements related to HRSA and 340B compliance preferredBenefitsBest Employer: PDMI was voted Best Employer in Ohio for the 5th consecutive year in 2025!Meaningful Work: Contribute to improving healthcare quality and efficiency.Collaborative Environment: Work with passionate professionals who share your drive.Exciting Challenges: Every day brings new opportunities to excel.Flexible Work: Fully remote opportunity with a company that cares.Company OverviewPharmacy Data Management, Inc.
