They are seeking an experienced 340B Program Analyst to support compliance, optimization, and analysis of the 340B program, including tasks such as auditing claims, analyzing data, and collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesRoutinely reviews client’s clinic/pharmacy claims to determine 340B eligibility and identifying missed opportunitiesPerform and finalize monthly 340B claims audits for assigned client accounts, verifying eligibility, preventing duplicate discounts, and ensuring compliance with HRSA and manufacturer policiesAssist in ensuring that all reported findings are supported by proper documentation that will allow clients to remain in compliance with relevant 340B regulationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in claims data; document findings and communicate results to internal stakeholders and clientsAnalyze purchasing, dispensing, and claims data to identify trends, exceptions, and revenue optimization opportunitiesAssist with split-billing and third-party administrator (TPA) data managementSupport audit readiness, including self-audits and preparation for HRSA or manufacturer auditsMaintain knowledge of 340B regulations and translate policy updates into actionable internal guidanceDevelop reports and dashboards to track key 340B metrics and performance indicatorsDevelop and implement process enhancement strategies to improve audit accuracy, reduce risk, and streamline workflowsCollaborate with pharmacy staff, finance, IT, and external vendors to support efficient and compliant program operationsStay up to date on 340B legislation, policy changes, and industry trends to ensure best practicesPrepare audit reports and presentations for both internal leadership and client-facing communicationDevelops, modifies and ensures that 340B policies and procedures are in accordance with current state, federal and system program requirementsAnnually reviews and updates 340B policies and procedure manual of entitiesWorks in collaboration with the Lead 340B Program Coordinator to create training and competency materials for all staff and leaders who work with the 340B programResponsible for ensuring that the annual HRSA recertification is accurately completed within the allotted time frameResponsible for ensuring that the HRSA 340B database is accurate for all entitiesResponsible for ensuring registration of any new site and pharmacies within the allotted time frameMonitors inventory accumulators at pharmacies and addresses any inventory discrepancies with the pharmacy or vendorsTracks and resolves any pricing discrepancies from wholesaler purchases at all pharmaciesManages referral prescription capture program for customers of the companySupports implementation of new Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and new Contract PharmaciesBecome proficient in accessing, editing, updating the TPA portalsReconcile utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts to ensure that TPA software is working properly and accuratelyMaintains manufacturer level 340B eligibility file for clientsDevelop financial reports for all pharmacy settingsOther related duties as assignedSkillsDetail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsStrong understanding of 340B program requirements, covered entity responsibilities, and audit protocolsFamiliarity with EMR/EHR systems and claims processingAble to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsStrong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc)Though role is remote, this role may require 25% of traveling and/or virtual meetingsBachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field. or five years of experience working with 340B Program or 340B ACE Certification.
