Join Our Team as a Remote Call Center Leader!
Are you an experienced call center professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a skilled Call Center Leader to lead our remote team and drive exceptional customer service.
Position: Remote Call Center Leader
Pay: $23/hr.
Location: Remote
Start Date: Mid October 2024
Responsibilities:
ย Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members
ย Manage daily attendance for the team
ย Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
ย At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
ย Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats
ย Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance
Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
ย Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role.
ย Excellent leadership and communication skills.
ย Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
ย Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
