[Remote] 2026 University Hire (U.S.) - Supply Chain Management

They are seeking a 2026 University Hire in Supply Chain Management to support procurement and contracts activities for global projects, ensuring materials and equipment are effectively sourced and delivered.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide expertise in the qualification, evaluation, negotiation, and selection of global suppliers and contractors
ā¢ Manage purchase orders and subcontracts to ensure satisfactory performance and adherence to the terms and conditions
ā¢ Manage complex logistics efforts in the transportation, receipt, and storage of equipment and material that originate in all parts of the world
ā¢ Build supplier and contractor relationships
ā¢ Engage with category management teams that provide technical and commercial intelligence on the supply chain to our project teams
ā¢ Perform materials management to ensure material is properly planned, scheduled, and received for project use
ā¢ Engage with Supplier Quality & Expediting function and projects for oversight of all surveillance activities
ā¢ Performing tasks involved in the formulation and administration of purchase orders
ā¢ Preparing service contracts that maps out project scope, schedule, and terms
ā¢ Contacting suppliers to obtain timely submission of engineering data and other deliverables
ā¢ Coordinating shipments with requisite internal and external entities of materials and equipment
ā¢ Reviewing material requisitions from a Supplier Quality perspective
ā¢ Provide assistance and support for Supplier Quality and Expediting activities for scheduling, planning and reporting
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Production and Operations Management, or Logistics Management from an accredited college or university within the past 12 months or anticipate obtaining a degree within the next year
ā¢ Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the U.S. without sponsorship
ā¢ Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites
ā¢ Completed relevant coursework
ā¢ Previous co-op or internship experience
ā¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills
ā¢ Microsoft Office Suite and Teams skills
