The Content Producer will manage media captured during events and create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring that all production elements align with brand standards.ResponsibilitiesSet up all video equipment prior to the eventLead or assist with media setup and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise before or during the eventOversee the operation of the livestream and social wallEnsure all production elements align with and uphold OneBeat brand standardsDevelop original social media content ideas using event photos and videos (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, etc.)Shoot and edit an event recap video. Please note: Event recap videos must meet OneBeat quality standards. If a video does not meet these standards, the Content Producer will be responsible for revising the edit following the event. The revision deadline will be determined and scheduled by the Social Media CoordinatorManage and organize media submitted by VideographersSelect and upload standout photos from Photographers for the Social Media CoordinatorStep in to relieve the Photographer or Videographer of their duties when neededPossess a basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance to capture visually compelling photos and videosHave working knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere ProBreak down and properly store all video equipment at the conclusion of the eventSkillsSet up all video equipment prior to the eventLead or assist with media setup and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise before or during the eventOversee the operation of the livestream and social wallEnsure all production elements align with and uphold OneBeat brand standardsDevelop original social media content ideas using event photos and videos (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, etc.)Shoot and edit an event recap video.
