- Process medical claims via electronic fax
- Assist patients with medical-related inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct medical benefits investigations
- Perform data entry and review patient billing and medical information
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of medical benefits experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Strong work attitude and willingness to help others
- Must reside in the state of Utah
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required
