They are seeking an English-fluent Customer Success Manager specializing in PPC Advertising to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage campaign performance discussions, and ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship-building skills.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsLead recurring calls with franchisors and franchisees to discuss campaign performance, goals, and opportunitiesPresent PPC performance reports and insights to non-technical stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retentionTranslate client objectives, feedback, and business needs into clear briefs for the media buying teamIdentify and escalate potential account concerns, including wasted spend, intent mismatches, conversion tracking issues, and performance risksCoordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and campaign strategies remain alignedDocument client meetings, action items, and account updates within the CRMEnsure timely follow-up on client requests and maintain a high level of customer serviceSkills3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Client Success, or client-facing account management role1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Ads campaignsStrong understanding of: Match types, Performance Max campaigns, Negative keywords, Conversion tracking and PPC performance metrics and optimization principlesExperience managing client relationships and leading client-facing meetingsAbility to present campaign performance and recommendations to non-technical stakeholdersStrong ability to explain technical advertising concepts in a clear and accessible wayExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they impact client satisfactionNative-level English communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working with franchise or multi-location businessesExperience in a digital marketing agency environmentFamiliarity with CRM platforms and customer success best practicesBenefitsThis position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.Company OverviewGoFasti is helping companies scale their teams with world-class talent in Latin America.
