Remote 1099 Psychologist - California We are seeking a Remote Licensed Psychologist to provide expert testimony in Fair Hearings Trials. Psychologist Remote / Tele-health PRN / Interim $115 – 130 per hour / Estimated 10 hours a month Company Description This facility offers a wide variety of services for eligible individuals and their families from Early Intervention, Behavior Intervention, Adult Day Activities, Respite Care and several other services to support individuals and their loved ones with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Role Summary This is a virtual position on an as needed basis to represent the Regional Center in Fair Hearings Trials. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and review completed psychological assessments to provide feedback and testimony pertaining to individual’s eligibility for services. • Outline key points and gather information in preparation to clearly present your evidence. • If requested, be able to travel in-person for hearings on occasion. Required Qualifications • Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License. • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities • Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments, including competency evaluations. • Experience with Fair Hearings Trials. • Previous experience working at Regional Centers in California preferred.
