They are seeking an AI Platform Engineer (Generative AI) to design, build, and deploy scalable AI platforms and applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve platform operations.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy scalable Generative AI platforms and applicationsDevelop AI solutions leveraging AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and/or Knowledge Graph architecturesWrite clean, scalable, production-quality code using Python or JavaOwn end-to-end platform development and deployment within a DevOps environmentImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or JenkinsDevelop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TerraformDeploy and manage solutions on AWS serverless services and/or Kubernetes-based infrastructureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform scalability, reliability, performance, and securityMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI platform operations in production environmentsStay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend platform improvements and best practicesSkills5+ years of professional experience in AI platform engineering (Internship, academic, prototype, and personal project experience will not be considered toward the required experience)Hands-on production experience with: Generative AI systems (AI Agents, RAG)Working knowledge in Graph technologies (Graph databases, LangGraph - strongly preferred, Metadata Ontology, Graph RAG)Experience building foundation AI models from scratchStrong programming skills in Python or Java is preferredExperience working within a DevOps culture and owning solutions end-to-endExperience implementing CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions and/or JenkinsStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably TerraformBenefitsThis position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.Company OverviewGoFasti is helping companies scale their teams with world-class talent in Latin America.
