Barcel USA is a company focused on sales execution within the consumer goods industry, and they are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to bridge communication between Key Account teams and the Sales Execution team. The role involves translating plans into actionable steps, ensuring alignment of merchandising and promotional initiatives, and improving execution processes through data analysis and collaboration across various functions.ResponsibilitiesAct as the communication funnel between Key Account Managers, Category Management, Marketing, and Sales Execution to ensure alignment of plans to get ready for execution in point of saleSupport the design and lead the communication at a regional level of the implementation of merchandising guidelines and promotional execution plansPartner with Key Account Managers to translate customer-specific strategies into clear execution guidelines for the field. (Walmart, Kroger, Target, 7 Eleven, Circle K, etc.)Communicate Barcel Gold Standards and ensure they are understood and applied by Sales Leaders at all levelsTrack execution metrics (innovation launches, shippers, KPIs, and order tracking) to monitor performance and identify improvement areasCoordinate with Sales and DSD teams to improve collaboration and strengthen operational disciplineIdentify pain points or inefficiencies in current execution processes and propose practical, data-based solutionsEnsure the frontline has accurate, timely information and tools to support excellent in-store executionPrepare and deliver reports and dashboards that summarize execution performance by region or programServe as a brand steward within the Sales organization, supporting alignment with Barcelβs standards and initiativesSkills3β5 years of experience in Sales Execution, Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, or Field Execution, preferably within the consumer goods industryProven experience coordinating cross-functional projects or regional initiativesStrong communication, organizational, and follow-up skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions (Excel, Power BI, or similar)Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)Sense of ownership, urgency, and accountabilityExperience supporting Change Management and processes implementationDomestic travel up to 30%Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!Company OverviewBarcel USA is a food and beverage company that manufactures candy and snacks.
