[Remote] 100% Remote-Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Consultant (P2P / GL Integration)-W2 only

HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of P2P flow and GL integrations. The role involves ensuring seamless integrations and enhancements across key financial modules, collaborating with Finance and IT teams, and supporting various financial processes.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze and document P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and sub-ledger to GL functional flows, ensuring accurate journal posting and reconciliation
ā¢ Design, develop, and support solutions across GL, AP, AR, FA, and FAH modules
ā¢ Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to implement business process improvements and automation
ā¢ Perform functional setup and configurations, troubleshoot accounting entries, and ensure alignment between sub-ledgers and GL
ā¢ Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle objects using OAF, PL/SQL, Forms, and Workflows
ā¢ Build BI Publisher / XML reports, dashboards, and audit controls for financial users
ā¢ Support interfaces and data conversions, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound data flow between Oracle and external systems
ā¢ Work on integration design with upstream and downstream systems, leveraging APIs, web services, and SFTP processes
ā¢ Provide production support, resolve system defects, and ensure data integrity across modules
ā¢ Participate in testing (SIT, UAT) and prepare detailed functional and technical documentation
Skills
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of General Ledger (GL)
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of Fixed Assets (FA)
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
ā¢ Deep understanding of accounting flows, sub-ledger transfers, journal posting logic, and financial reconciliations
ā¢ Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and personalization/customizations
ā¢ XML / BI Publisher report development
ā¢ PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Workflows
ā¢ Interfaces and data conversions (FBDI, APIs, etc.)
ā¢ Integration with third-party and legacy systems (inbound/outbound)
ā¢ Familiarity with SSO, SFTP, and OCI infrastructure
ā¢ Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and IT teams
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication
ā¢ Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
ā¢ Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.11 or higher
ā¢ Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials ā desirable
ā¢ Experience with FAH accounting rules, mapping sets, and SLA setup
ā¢ Oracle certification (Cloud or EBS Financials) is a plus
