Relationship Manager - Azure Event Management

Are you passionate about helping customers build and manage their Azure Event Management solutions? We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Azure Event Management at Microsoft who is ready to take on a technical challenge and has the qualifications required to succeed. The ideal candidate for this role should have a customer-centric approach and be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to solve complex problems and have a proven ability to manage customer relationships. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in working with Azure Event Management solutions, including experience in planning, deploying and managing Event Hubs, Event Grid and Logic Apps. A degree in a related field, such as computer science or software engineering, is highly desirable. A technical certification in Azure Event Management is also beneficial. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Utilize excellent communication skills to solve complex problems
Manage customer relationships
Plan, deploy, and manage Azure Event Management solutions, including Event Hubs, Event Grid, and Logic Apps
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding their Azure Event Management solutions
Monitor and ensure quality of customer service
Provide ongoing training and support to customers
Facilitate customer feedback and follow up
Maintain technical knowledge and industry best practices in Azure Event Management solutions
