Relationship Manager
FCC is a federal Crown corporation dedicated to supporting Canadian agriculture and food. As a Relationship Manager, you will manage relationships with local producers, tailor financing packages, and develop a loan portfolio to help customers succeed in their business needs. Responsibilities Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs Be accountable for the execution of loans, including sales, loan structure, gathering and preparing financial documentation, securing approvals, and collaborating with internal teams to successfully complete financing Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners Look for opportunities to build your loan portfolio Travel to customer farms and offices to understand their business needs and provide tailored support Analyze customer financial information Create, process and approve new credit facilities Skills A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting Benefits Competitive total rewards packages Performance-based salary and incentive programs Flexible and comprehensive group benefit and savings plans Well-being support through benefits and wellness programs Learning and development opportunities Hybrid work options Company Overview FCC is a federal Crown corporation that is 100% invested in Canadian agriculture and food.
