Our team of B2B payment experts help business owners build better, more reliable payment solutions by offering a deep roster of ISV partners, more than 300 reselling partners, and a 5-star client service team.
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager at PayTrace is responsible for managing relationships, monitoring attrition, and driving sales growth with an assigned portfolio of PayTrace resellers. Additionally, this position will work to contribute to the Business Development Team's overall success, specifically with assisting with the training and mentoring of Relationship Managers.
What you'll do:
? Work with reseller decision makers to position PayTrace as a key part of their offering to the marketplace.
? Work to identify and fill the needs of merchant level sales reps to empower them in being highly successful selling PayTrace.
? Forecast annual revenue projections, develop, and manage to the forecast Sales Plan for each reseller.
? Manage and regularly report on reseller relationship statuses, attrition, and sales growth to the Manager, National Sales.
? Follow-up on leads with select key prospective resellers.
? As needed, provide back-up for other Sales Team members.
? Attend industry tradeshows to represent PayTrace
What we need from you:
? A minimum of 5 years? relevant sales experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience without a bachelor's degree.
? Payment processing industry experience.
? Demonstrate adoption PayTrace sales methodology, including leading feedback and evaluation for other sales executives.
? An understanding of the needs of merchant level sales executives to be empower them in selling PayTrace.
Travel Required- 20%
