The team is small, global, fully remote, and operates with cutting-edge technology to drive alpha generation.Founded and led from London, the group has a strong Russian academic background, with members holding advanced degrees from top universities worldwide.The founder is looking to add a Reinforcement Learning (RL) Expert to the team. This is a genuine greenfield build – RL capabilities are not yet in place, making this a rare chance to design and shape the approach from the ground up.
