Regulatory Specialist - Remote (Full-Time) Heartland Consulting | Remote (CONUS) | 95% Remote Navigate the Rules. Secure the Mission. Be the compliance powerhouse behind Alaska's utility privatization. You'll lead PUC/FERC filings, environmental briefs, and regulatory strategy - ensuring every move is legal, defensible, and on time. Summary Manages all regulatory compliance activities, including Alaska PUC filings, FERC coordination, environmental reviews, and statutory adherence.
