This role offers hands-on experience across a range of high-impact domains—including compliance, risk management, AI/ML, data governance, and cutting-edge technology—while collaborating with leading banking clients on forward-thinking solutions.Key Responsibilities: Act as a regulatory subject matter expert throughout the product innovation lifecycle, providing strategic input to guide the development of AI-powered compliance solutions.Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to support the optimization of risk and compliance processes.Support successful end-to-end implementation of CUBE’s solutions, from initial client profiling and requirements gathering to final delivery and business readiness.Deliver outstanding client service by aligning regulatory expertise with customer needs, ensuring optimal use of CUBE’s capabilities.Contribute to the evolution of CUBE’s proprietary regulatory classification system, enhancing global regulatory coverage across banking, insurance, and capital markets.What we’re looking for: Sharp analytical mindset – strong intellectual agility to understand regulatory challenges, apply critical thinking, and translate them into actionable, scalable solutions.5+ years of experience in Risk and Compliance roles within financial services, particularly in risk framework, control testing, monitoring or regulatory change.Hands-on expertise with compliance risk frameworks, especially in mapping controls to regulatory obligations.Good understanding of regulatory regimes across EMEA and the U.S., with particular value placed on subject matter expertise in banking and insurance regulatory obligations.Familiarity with data structures such as regulatory taxonomies, data lineage, and metadata management.Excel proficiency—capable of managing, analyzing, and presenting data with precision.Highly organized and delivery-focused—with a passion for building customer-centric solutions that solve real-world regulatory challenges.Strong drive and resilience—able to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes under pressure.Interested?If you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform regulatory compliance and meet the qualifications outlined above, we invite you to apply.
