Job Description --- I am looking for a Registered Patent Agent with comprehensive USPTO knowledge to review, format, and help file a U.S. Provisional Patent Application (PPA) for an AI-driven SaaS platform. Project Status: 90% Ready I have already written a comprehensive 10-page Technical Disclosure & Patent Strategy Report. This document includes: •The "Alice" Strategy: Specific technical arguments distinguishing the invention (data transformation/database logic) from abstract ideas. • Detailed Embodiments: Technical descriptions of the "Ingestion Engine," "Dynamic Indexing," and "Cryptographic Verification" protocols. • Draft Claims: A full set of method and system claims already drafted. • 3 Drawing of Instructions: Can deliver separately, or in word, saved as a pdf. --- Scope of Work I do not need you to draft this from scratch. I need a professional to: 1. Review & Polish: Review my existing disclosure to ensure the "Alice/Section 101" arguments are legally sound and formatted correctly. 2. Create Drawings: ReCreate 3 formal black-and-white patent figures IF NEEDED (Flowcharts/Swimlane diagrams) based on the drawing provided. 3. Format: Convert the text into the proper USPTO specification format (Background, Summary, Detailed Description, etc.). 4. Assist Me To File: Prepare the cover sheet (SB/16) and file the application via Patent Center. --- Required Qualifications • Must be a Registered Practitioner with comprehensive USPTO knowledge including examples of AI projects have recently done, regard SaaS provisional patents and addressing ALICE. • Ability to create standard patent drawings (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). • Can complete the filing within 5-7 days. --- Deliverables • Assistant with Electronic Filing and getting a Receipt from the USPTO. • PDF copy of the ready to file Specification and Drawings.
