Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive utilization review to ensure efficient and appropriate patient care management.
Apply clinical pathway protocols and function in a navigator capacity to guide treatment decisions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
Required Qualifications
BS/BSN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.
