Registered Nurse, Triage On-Call, Hospice (Remote)
Assisted Hospice Care is looking for Compassionate Triage/On-call RN to deliver holistic, end-of-life care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Work from the comfort of your own home! You must have an active California RN license.
Monday-Friday: $100 per/night 5pm to 8am
Saturday: $400 per/24 hrs 8am to 8 am
Sunday: $400 per/24 hrs 8am to 8 am
Sometimes weekend days are split into two 12-hour shifts, (Day) 8am to 8pm & (Night) 8pm to 8am- $200 per shift
Holiday: $600 per/24 hrs 8 am to 8 am
Holiday 12 hour shifts: $300

What you will do:
• Telephone Triage from comfort of your home
Exercise good nursing judgment in responding to patient /caregiver questions
• Advise on how to address patient symptoms and/or other concerns
• Provide re-education; assess the patient's condition; and identifying a course of action to ensure for patient quality of care
• Communicate with care team members as appropriate
Who you are:
• Current, active RN License
• Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
• Hospice experience required
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• Clinically sound/confident in skills and understanding of disease trajectory- Recent acute care experience is preferred.
• Has compassion and an approachable personality but also strong enough to be confident and give directions to family and nurses.
Salary: USD 72000 - 108000 per year
