Registered Nurse Supervisor (PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm - Full Time, Every Other Weekend)
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will -
ā¢ Oversee and coordinate the medication aide assignments on the long-term care units. Responsible for signing off on any data collection completed by medication aide.
ā¢ Respond to complete Change of condition assessment and documentation. Reports any change of condition to provider for appropriate follow up.
ā¢ Respond to any fall for RN assessment and assists in proper documentation with the medication aide.
ā¢ Provide feedback to Nurse Manager relevant to LPN and CNA nursing staff performance evaluations.

Education / Experience -
ā¢ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current/valid State of Wisconsin RN License required
ā¢ CPR Certification required
ā¢ Computer skills strongly preferred
ā¢ Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
ā¢ Clinical and supervisor experience as well as basic computer skills strongly preferred
