Job Description
HealthConnect Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Telehealth team. As an RN Telehealth, you will provide top-notch medical care and support to patients remotely, ensuring they receive the best possible healthcare services from the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
Conduct telehealth consultations and follow-up appointments with patients.
Assess patient needs, symptoms, and medical history through virtual visits.
Provide patient education, support, and counseling as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Stay current with telehealth best practices and industry standards.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
BSN degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Previous telehealth or remote healthcare experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Educational Qualifications
Active RN license.
BSN degree preferred.
Continuing education in telehealth practices is a plus.
