Registered Nurse - RN Post Cath Recovery - Weekend Work Plan Option

Utilize strong clinical knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and document patient's vital signs, progress, and response to treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Act as a resource for less experienced staff and provide guidance and support as needed. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
