Job Overview
Explaining procedures and treatments to residents and their families
Maintaining accurate records and charts
Communicating with family members regarding resident progress
Observing and directing nurse aide staff
Responding to life-saving situations and initiating resident education plans
Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with our policies and applicable laws
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Nursing Degree from an accredited program, college, or university
A current, unencumbered, active OHIO RN License and current CPR certification
At least 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care
Experience with Point Click Care is a plus
