Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager FT and PT for Home Health Agency
About the position
Nightingale Homecare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Managers for both full-time and part-time positions within our home health agency. This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to develop one-on-one relationships with patients, guiding them in managing their health issues and celebrating their healing successes. This position requires a minimum of one year of acute-care nursing experience and a valid RN license in good standing. Requirements
