Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator

Overview:
The Homewatch CareGivers Registered Nurse Administrator will help ensure that patients receive high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of their homes by overseeing and developing care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient health and develop personalized care plans
- Help educate patients and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Help conduct new client assessments to ensure compliance with care standards.
- Help maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and progress, including monthly and quarterly assessments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant technology.
- Knowledge of GA Home Health regulations.
- Documentation of TB testing.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day, including traveling to different client homes.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching to provide care, perform assessments, and handle medical equipment or supplies.
- A keen ability to observe client details through close monitoring, accurately interpret medical records, and clearly communicate findings both with clients and team members.
- Must be able to wear required PPE (e.g., masks, gloves, gowns) for extended periods as needed for infection control.Ability to work in various environments, including client homes, which may involve different levels of accessibility, lighting, and temperature.
- Pay rate: $25-35/hour based on experience
- Expected start date: Hire date - immediately for licensure requirements; business not slated to open until July 2026
