Our Home Care team serves thousands of patients across Missouri and Illinois, offering a comprehensive range of services that enable patients to receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes. Our Home Infusion Therapy Department works closely with physicians, patients, and caregivers to provide intravenous medications and other treatments, ensuring that patients receive the care they need to manage their conditions. Job Summary As a Registered Nurse in our Home Infusion Therapy team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and providing direct patient care. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and achieve their health goals. This is a part-time position, with four 8-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, and weekend and holiday rotation.
