Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC / MDS Coordinator) River Terrace Retirement Community | Bluffton, IN Full-Time River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC / MDS Coordinator) to join our skilled nursing team in Bluffton, Indiana. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality resident care through accurate assessments, regulatory compliance, and effective care planning.
