Registered Nurse Ambulatory Triage (RN) - OB/GYN Care North
About the position Responsibilities • Conduct intake of newly pregnant patients. • Perform phone triage for patient inquiries. • Provide patient education regarding OB/GYN care. • Manage prescription refills for patients. • Coordinate care for the OB/GYN population. • Support the physician practice team with related tasks as needed. Requirements • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or three years of related professional nursing experience. • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana. • Three years or more of nursing experience required. • Labor and Delivery experience required. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent team skills. • Compassionate and caring demeanor. • Accountable and self-directed work ethic. Nice-to-haves • Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred. • Phone triage experience a plus. • EPIC experience a plus.
