Registered Funds Attorney - Cutting Edge ETF Pr...
Our client, a global asset management innovator offering a diversified suite of exchange-traded products (ETPs), models, solutions and products leveraging blockchain technology, is seeking to hire a Registered Funds Counsel to report directly to the General Counsel. Person must have approximately 4-10 years of registered funds experience, with biglaw experience strongly preferred. This position can be 100% remote for the right candidate, but the person must be willing to work 9-6ish NYC hours!
Duties include:
- Assist in the organization, registration and listing of ETFs under the Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
- Prepare and/or review fund registration statements, periodic reports, other regulatory reports and support general fund matters, including coordination with external counsel and service providers
- Assist in maintaining ETF Board governance, including preparing and reviewing agendas, resolutions, minutes and materials prepared internally and by third parties for inclusion in the Board materials, including 15(c) materials
