Registered Dietitian / Health Coach – Metabolic Health Coaching (Remote)

At Happy Health & Nutrition, we believe people need structure, guidance, and a compassionate professional who can help them rebuild their health step by step.
Our mission is to help individuals break the weight loss cycle and improve metabolic health through structured nutrition coaching and evidence-based care.
We are growing and are looking for a Registered Dietitian or Certified Health Coach who wants to help people create meaningful and lasting change in their health.

Happy Health & Nutrition is a clinical nutrition practice focused on helping adults improve metabolic health and sustainable weight loss.
Our programs support individuals working through challenges such as:
• insulin resistance
• metabolic health issues
• weight loss medications (AOM support)
• long-term lifestyle change

This role is ideal for a dietitian or health coach who believes meaningful change happens through structure, accountability, and compassionate coaching—not quick fixes.

Examples of Responsibilities
• Conducting virtual nutrition coaching sessions
• Supporting clients working on metabolic health and sustainable weight loss
• Helping clients implement structured nutrition and lifestyle changes
• Documenting sessions according to HHN standards
• Communicating professionally with the HHN team
All sessions are conducted via telehealth.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, credentials, and coaching responsibilities and will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) preferred.
- Certified Health Coaches with strong coaching and behavior-change experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Individuals currently completing dietetic training or planning to take the RD exam within the next 12 months are welcome to apply.
